More inventory is coming in so more product is being shipped out, YAY!

We received our hats late this afternoon so all the promo orders will be being rolling out along with more suits and jackets.

I'm including a couple of pics of our little temporary store we have set up on our farm.

Shipping them out!

We have been shipping orders out as we receive product for a couple weeks now. Who knew the shipping rates for different states and different countries spread out over 50 to 75 different weights and size boxes would be such a challenge?

I am learning more everyday and becoming more efficient. If you have not received a tracking number it is because I am waiting for your product to get to me.

I have received lots of positive feedback for which I am extremely grateful. We are processing two size exchanges, and one customer has mentioned that they felt the Veil was very large.  Size exchanges are a normal part of this business and I am glad that our customer took the time to discuss the veil with me. I want to address this by saying that I agree with him. Our Veil is designed to have a deep three mesh pocket for your head to sink into to keep you away from stinging insects and also to have the screen far away from your chin and nose. These were things that I Heard lots of people have concerns with while I was designing this suit, Sting's to the ear and cheek through the side screen and stings to the nose and Chin through the front screen of other veils so I wanted to develop a safety first approach and add the needed material for a safe experience. When added to our easy access design with the zipper on the front of the Veil it is probably the roomiest veil on the market.  We will have more than one Veil option in the future, prototypes are in the works.

Everyday working with this product makes me smile and I am so grateful for all of you making this happen. I'm going to attach a photo of me heading to the post office with my first batch of orders to give you something to laugh at haha. I was hot and sweaty from cleaning out a building to turn it into a new temp store and then packaging the orders before the air conditioning could kick in.

Also wanted to mention that if you receive a suit or a jacket and also ordered promotional items but they were not included, we did not forget you. We do not have all of the promotional items in yet and we are also learning this software. It did not automatically batch promotional items with suits and jackets so they will be shipping separately. Maybe not to everyone but definitely to those who already have product or tracking numbers assigned.

First day of packing orders!

Medium and Large Jackets, and 3XL through 5XL suits are packaged and ready for the post office tomorrow.  It has been a long day of trial and error with new postage printers, postal scales, and software that is not so self explanatory.  We worked out some kinks but have a lot more to learn!  Looking forward to getting these off tomorrow and learning more about this software so that I can send out tracking numbers.  

Hope to give an update tomorrow about how easy this has become hehe...

The first shipment has arrived!

We just received our first shipment and will be taking inventory and stocking them tonight and tomorrow.  We should begin shipping Monday to those whose orders we can fill now and will continue to ship to everyone else as more suits and jackets arrive.  

We missed the estimated ship date of July by a little but we are excited to start getting these out to you!

Shipping update!

I finally have concrete information on our shipment.  The manufacturers have had more delays than expected tooling up to run this new design.  The actually had to bring in new equipment to be able to produce our suits and jackets because our "Zee Space" binding along the zippers is the heaviest they have ever ran and the standard commercial machines were breaking.  They are going to break the shipment into segments as they complete certain parts of the order and absorb the extra freight charges due to this delay.

I received a tracking number today for suits sized 3XL, 4XL, 5XL and jackets sized M and L.  The tracking number does not give me an estimated window of arrival yet, but the manufacturers estimate 7 to 10 days.  I was told that they felt confident that all other suits will be shipped by next Wednesday with the remaining jackets to follow.

I received the shirts today and have been told that the tumblers and selfie sticks will arrive by Monday.  I also found out today that the hats were back ordered and I have not yet received an new date of delivery.

I will attempt to ship products together for those that have multiple items but if the hats are delayed longer than Monday I will ship those separately when they arrive.

My goal all along has been to have all product shipped by no later than July 31st, clearly this will not be the case.  Everyone has been so supportive and it was very difficult having to find out (and update you) that there have been production delays.  I have had very little information to go on this past week and a half for updates and being a start up we have a steep learning curve through out this process.  As it stand now, It looks as though I will be shipping suits and jackets as I receive them over the coming weeks.

Thank you all for being so amazing and I sincerely apologize for not meeting our estimated ship date.  We will be sending them out as fast as we can get our hands on them.
